When you order from DRGadgets.pk, your items are shipped through well-known partners like TCS and Leopard Courier. You will get a notification on WhatsApp when your package is shipped, along with a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.
Please note that we don’t own the courier companies, so we can’t be responsible for any delivery delays.
Delivery time depends on where you live. For cities like Lahore and Islamabad, it usually takes 2-3 business days. For other, more remote cities, it can take 4-7 business days. Please note that business days do not include public holidays and Sundays.

To return or exchange a product with DrGadgets.pk, you must:

- Ensure the product is in the same condition as delivered: unused, genuine, and without any flaws.
- Keep the product seal and box unopened; otherwise, we cannot process the return.
