How to use:
- Preparation: Remove all 9 balloons from the packaging.
- Inflation Choice: Decide whether you want the balloons to float.
- For Floating: Inflate all balloons with Helium until firm. The foil star and latex balloons will float.
- For Hanging/Arch: Inflate with an Air Pump or straw.
