How to use:
- Inflation Choice: Decide whether you want the balloon to float:
- For Floating: Fill with Helium until the balloon is firm (but do not over-inflate).
- For Hanging/Air-Fill: Fill with Air using an inflation straw or hand pump until the balloon is firm.
- Inflation Process: Insert the nozzle of the helium tank or the inflation straw into the self-sealing valve opening (typically at the bottom of the balloon).
